I have found that players cannot play the RPG until after they post a new character after a mass reset or when they create a new character for the 1st time.

They cannot buy anything until after posting at least one topic... Why would this be?

Because I have blocked users with 0 EXP from purchasing anything, to circumvent a bug where users with 0 EXP could buy anything they wanted.
Besides, what's the point in doing anything in the RPG without having posted to gain some EXP?
