In their ModCP, when they search for a user it says "You are not allowed blahblahblha".... Just wondering how I could allowed them to ban. I'm sure the answer is really simple and I've forgot but....sigh....

Someone help? It would be appreciated.

select the permissions for that Moderator

If they are in the modcp then surely they must already be supermods ?
