I like the way you have it so you can highlight a users text and click on the quick reply button and it automatically sends the quote tags to the reply box. Was that exact hack released? I couldn't seem to find it. Would love to use that for 3.5.0.

AFAIK it's Xenon's code so you'll have to wait on him to get back from his 'vacation' for a soild answer. Also I don't think he has released it to the public yet and have no idea if he is planning to.
