Paper Clip for images

I'm trying to see if a modification is possible.

vBuleltin displays a paper clip icon when a post contains attachments

I would like the same functionality when a post contains an image. The image could be an attachment or a reference to an external image inserted using the image button. Is this modification possible? If yes, I need to hire someone to install...thanks
