Disable signatures on X and Y forumID

I want to disable user signatures on some forums I have. I dont need an AdminCP panel, file edits will do fine.

yes, i want to keep my staff and other 2 forums free of sigs, user, admin, mod sigs. I dont want people to see any signature.
