Additional Custom title (Image) above avatar

I know something exists in 3.0.x for something such as a Supporting Member or Staff image above the avatar and under the users custom title based on usergroups but I can not find anything for 3.5... and I could really use this now.

Thanks and if it already exists please point me to it because I can not find it...
