Your pretty much out of luck. ALL 3.0.X hacks unfortunetly won't work with 3.5. Alot of those hacks haven't been converted over yet which is why I am still running 3.0

I'm running about a dozen hacks... ushop, points, v3arcade, vbradio, members who have posted/visited today, etc., on vb3.0.7
I understand that these won't work on vb ver 3.5 but I was wondering if they all should be uninstalled before upgrading from 3.07 to 3.5?

They will be automatically "uninstalled" when you upgrade.
Only Database/Template changes will be left, but the first ones will have no effect (except in seldom cases like AWS where vB 3.5 uses new fields previously used by Hacks)

A couple of those are just template hacks, like the gender and country flag. Those will most certainly still work. Just have to readd them.
I've already got the country flag one up and actually switched over to a version with US State, Canada Province and Europian Union flags. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...575#post637575 In anycase, it's definately not a good idea to upgrade until all the modifications you enjoy are either ported over, or your ready to live without the ones that aren't yet.. or your ready to port them yourself I actually have a test site up where I'm rebuilding the site slowly there adding in stuff as it gets ported over and adding in the new gidgets, gadgets and gammagets that are being created with the new tech. So when the site is all rebuilt and I roll it over to my live site, my users will stumble over themselves in happiness
