Who's in the Arcade?

I'd really like to have a hack that shows who is in v3 Arcade. It would probably be really similar to Who's in Chat, I guess.

I'm always IMing or PMing somebody and not getting responses, then I check the active list and there they are in the arcade. hehe

Anybody know how to do this? Should be relatively simple, I think. Too bad I'm no coder.
