Where can I get the Vbulletin.org download system that it currently running here.
Downloads are added like a thread but with screenshoots, author details, released date etc.

That hasn't been released.

It's mainly template edits and there have been threads about how to do it, so you might want to search for them

It has been coded by me

but as said, the vb.org design has not been released, as there are a few other things included in that designchange
