Adding control-functions to forum-control

Does anyone know, how to add a further Control-Option in the Forum-Control (in ACP)?

It wasn't the problem, to set another YES/No-Option inside of it, but how can get it stored in the database?

Hope you know, what i mean.

O.k., i've found out, how. The new plugin-system is very usefull for something like this...
