Brute Force Hack

I have seen a couple of sites running vbulletin that do not allow a page to be pulled down by a brute forcer for the purpose of guessing a users name and password....is this hack or script available here and of so would you be so kind as to show me the way...thx in advanced!

umm...are you trying to protect your vB pages or are you trying to dl a bruteforce 0_o
