Don't restrict charachter count for admin/mods?

Hi,

I've recently changed our minimum charachter limit to 15. Is there a way I can disable this for the admin/supermods/moderators? Basically, we don't mind our forum staff making short posts; but everyone else just abuses it =)

TIA
