Quote of the week

We have a "Quote Of The Week" box at the end of the "What's Going On" box on forum home, and here we add funny/cool quotes posted by forum members. The thing is that I have to edit the "Quote_of_the_week_text" phrase I've made whenever I want to change it.

How about a hack making admins able to edit it easily, like with AJAX?
