Looking for a Hack [3.0.7]

I'm looking for a hack for vb 3.0.7 that will restrict registration to one IP. So if an IP already exists for a member, any member, that IP can not be used to register again. Anyone know if such a thing exists?

Doesn't make too much sense IMHO if this is for a Internet Board => Dynamic Dialup IPs
