Problem, Almost done installing!

I edited all the code and when i was done and uploaded everything i got this at the top of my forum.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /global.php on line 646

So i thought maybe i have to continue to the template folders.

I try to login to admin cp and i get another error

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/anthonyb/public_html/includes/init.php
