Everytime anyone posts they get there post 2 times (Duplicated). If you post a topic it Duplicates and its made 2 times

what hacks have you added?

Go back to the original newthread, newreply, and functions_newpost php files for starters and see if that takes care of the problem.

Most likely a hack problem. What hack did that start occuring after you installed either immediately or soon after?
