Looking to buy vBulletin if it has these mods/hacks

Hello,

I'm looking to buy vBulletin and install 3.0.7 if ALL of these hacks/mods are available:

- Guestbook for 3.0.7
- Photo Album for 3.0.7 where users can upload their own photos/images and create their own categories
- Calendar for 3.0.7
- Chatroom for 3.0.7 - Admins can kick members out.
- Contact Page for 3.0.7 - Where members can leave behind their contact info [MSN, phone number, etc] because i doubt most of them know how to use a forum

Please let me know where I can find more info about these hacks for 3.0.7 if they are available.

If they are available, I am definitely purchasing vBulletin!

vBulletin has a calendar by default. vB.org's calendar has mainly birthdays in it, but that would be up to you to fill it with events.

There are different Chat solutions available for vBulletin, or that can be integrated with vBulletin, ranging from Flash solutions to IRC frontends. Search the forums here and you should find a few.

A contact page isn't really needed, as your members could fill everything into their profile and it would be available at their members page. Yours looks like this: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=105302

Photo Albums might be better handled by a third party addon, like vBadvanced Gallery, or PhotoPost, or even Gallery or vBGarage. (the first two are paid scripts, the last two are free)

A guest book could be a accomplished a few differnt ways. I believe several hacks are out as well to do this.
