Plug in issues???

Just wondering I personally havn't upgraded to 3.5 but I see all the hacks becoming plugins now and had a quick question

has anyone had problems trying to install more than one plugin....? lots of conflicts or so... because if I understand correctly all plugins have no code changes by hand? so any big mess ups?

I have been running 3.5 on my test server and have installed just about every plugin for testing. I havent had a single issue as of yet.
