Shouldn't this be down in the lounge?

But I've been with 3 different hosting companies and the last one being site5.com. I got myself a reseller package since I wanted to give some sponsors of my site space to host, and for future plans.

I have yet to run across any problems with them and have always recieved a reply to my emails with in 30 minutes. Most the time around 10.
