Make latest releases link to list of releases, sorted by date

With the greater number of 'Releases' available to be made, the list on the homepage can change quite drastically in only a day or so.

It would be really good if the Latest Releases header linked to a page where ALL hacks were listed, in order of release.

Im sure something like this is in the making for 3.5.0. I don't like how the all the new template mods are showed there also...
