Last Post / No. of Posts for Linked Forums

Hi All,

I've created a Forum which is actually a link to a particular thread of another forum.

The problem is that if it's a link and not a forum, it will show a dash at the Last Posts, Threads and Posts columns.

Is there a way to get the Last Posts and Posts (no. of posts for that thread) and display it onto the template? rather than have it show dashes.
