!!!!!!Email Notification if title is changed?

Is there a mod out currently that notifies the creator of a thread if the title of the thread is edited.

Example:

User posts a thread "Help me"

moderator renames it to "Windows error problem"

and instead of the user coming back and not knowing where his/her post is, they get an email notifying them of the change in title with a default reason and a link to the post.

this would be very helpful for my site.
