Error When trying to turn chat on

I had an older version of this so I followed the fresh install instructions.. It errored when trying to add the query... So I decided to do the upgrade.. Everything seemed to work ok until I went to turn on the chat in admincp...

I get this error when I try

I am thinking if I could remove all the old queries and then add the new ones back it may fix it.. Unfortunately this message means jack++++ to me.. Can anyone help??
