Thread Posting Background?

[Bacon Butty]

I'd like to include a background into the New Topic page where the user types in their message. (the same way in which this forum applies snowflakes)

Could someone please tell me how I would do this? (what file i would have to edit etc)

Thanks

(PS, sorry if this is in the wrong forum, theres so many an they all seem so similar!)

So you want a background for that page only, or a background in the actual text box?
