You people are posting this request on the wrong site.

If you cannot download:

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download
modifications and/or receive support here at vBulletintemplates.com, you are asked to please click here (vB-germany users click here) and enter your email address, to show that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be
in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that
page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

The entire process is controlled through the Email addresses in your Priority Support section in the Licensed Members Area of www.vbulletin.com ... it is not controlled by vbulletintemplates.com

Yes, you do need to have paid for a vBulletin license.
