I think i might be in the same situation. I got this message saying that my privileges were not good enough or i needed activation.

same for me =(
it sucks ...i cant watch / download any picture or whatever
i am new to here but its seems to be very complicated to get fix a account that works .
password and username seems to work but thats all .
i will try again 1 more time tomorow ... if no sucses i give up

Correct, to use vBulletin you need to pay for a license. You can do so at http://www.vbulletin.com.

well that's not entirely true I am not really sure if I wanna get vbulletin or IPB and since I didnt find any good style for IPB I wanted to see if there was anything for Vbulletinbut if we cant look we cant
