By that, do you mean 'you made sure that the email you use here is exactly the same as the one in your Priority Support box in your license area at vbulletin.com'?

If so, probably best to submit a ticket at vb.com.

Yes, the e-mail is exactly the same as it is in the additional support boxes.

You've done something wrong. Make sure the case is exact.
