Having an Interner Explorer problem with one of the styles I'm using.

I've attached an image of a thin border ( sorry, don't know it's proper name

) that appears around my forum description.

Fine using firefox, but doesn't show using Interner Explorer.

But IE picks it up when using different styles

Could somebody tell me how to remedy. Thanks for your time all
