Postbit Border

Hi, Ive been skinning vbulletin recently and have ran into a problem. I want the post and the forum categories to go into a rounded box like this: http://www.ptgaming.com/postbit.html
I understand that I would have to do this through postbit right? But how exactly do I do it?
