total online problem

i have $totalonline now in the navbar .

looks like:
hello, azmi - [INFO] z.Zt. online: 6

my problem
only in forumhome i get the real data from the script.
another page it shows only me or nothing.

what can i do, that it shows on all pages the real online users?
