I want to round out nav bar and who's online?

I want it to match the rest of my rounded catagories and such. Where do I modify these templates and where do I put the code for my graphics?

navbar is in the navbar template.
Who's online is in forumhome.

Code for your graphics, you will need to attach both templates.
