New skin will pay well

Hope this is OK to post here.

Basically, I am after a unique skin for my site (www.thenailgeek.com).
I am looking along the lines of:
1- Unique
2- Fun
3- Clean and easy to use (uncluttered)
4- Splashed o bold colour

Maybe something vectorgraphicesque. Ill pay upward of $300US (even a bit more if its really sweet).
