Change Redirect Pages

hello all... This may seem like a weird question but it will help me out if anyone can answer.

I want to make my redirect pages, redirect to a whole page. I use iframes on ONE of my pages and would like when the person logs in or out on the page INSIDE the frame for the redirect page to open on _top. Am I explaining this correctly??
