hi, how do i get rid of these white borders or whatever they are?

Think perhaps you should look in the CSS styles of your Admin control panel.

yeah ive been looking in them, don't know exactly what i'm looking for though. just like here when you goto post a message, see below in the Miscellaneous Options, Attach Files, etc....., i don't know what to look for to get rid of those borders.
