Category Modification Help

Hello,

vb3 gold is my 1st forum ever & I'm having trouble in regards to creating a specific look.

I'm trying to edit forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template template via:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> ? ? -> Forum Home Templates ? forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template

For the Category, I need:
1 image aligned right
1 image aligned left
1 image in the background
Category Title aligned center

Here is an example:
http://www.teamphotoshop.com/forum/index.php (notice on the category strip "Showrooms", 1 image is to the left/1 image is to the right and a background image repeats in the back of the cell to give the bar design effect.

I thought I could insert a 3 celled table and specify a background image & place the other images appropriately. But the actual HTML to accomplish that look is getting complicated. Or should I do it another way?

I'm not a novice to html, but this is my first forum an its very difficult to configure at the moment is term of skin.

Can anyone advise me on the correct code an placement of the code in the forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost template ?
