How do I move my forum and change the settings?

Hi

I currently don't have my forum in a folder of its own it currently runs as www.aus-scifi.com but I want to move all my forum files to a folder called forum. So how do I edit all my images and stuff to make it read as the new folder is there any easy way of doing it?

I need some help ASAP
