Could someone implement this? It would look a lot nicer than the current vertical one. Maybe making use of the DHTML dropdowns as well?

I'm currently working on a completely new style and I will see if I can develop this idea and add it into it.

The style I am doing is still in it's very early stages so it could be some time but as soon as I have something I will let you know.
