can i add another posting button only at lets say forum numbers 1,2 and 5 ? or is it, when i edit the template, the button visible on every forum?

(without editing the options or forum permissions)

You'd probably have to edit the index.php page.
Stick the values in an array, explode it and do a `foreach` on the result.
