vb3 staff glow

i need some way to make my staffs names glow in vb3 like the old vb2 hack that made staff names glow. i dont want it to glow in online users though, thats my problem i guess i could...

if all else fails, what code can i use in the input box for general name appearance if i want the names to glow?
