[HowTo] Do some stuff with the Private Message System

version 0.0.1 for Beta 6 of vBulletin (by Floris (xiphoid) info@vBulletin.nl)

DESCRIPTION: With this template modification you will quickly learn how to modify
and tweak the Private Message System to fit your site. These are the four tweaks:
(They can be installed seperatly from eachother!)
* Tweak #1 : New PM to $user Icon in front of users who are listed
* Tweak #2 : Split new/unread Private messages from the old/unread ones
* Tweak #3 : Make a cooler gauge system
* Tweak #4 : Move the confirm receipts to the bottom

DISCLAIMER: This template modification is written for vBulletin version 3.0.0 Beta 6.
It will (probably) not work on lower or higher versions. Any of these files may not
be translated and may only be distributed by me through the following web site(s):

CREDITS: PMS-Mod Idea and most of the code by xiphoid / Original idea and conditional
stolen from Chen's mod to split Sticky threads from the rest on forumdisplay and the
Conditional fixes and help by KuraFire (cookies++) and Jelsoft for their product v3.

SUPPORT: My time is limited and so is the support. I believe that this template
modification shows in a few simple steps where to look for what and please try to
learn from that, so you can quickly adjust it to your own personal needs.

Hey guyz

any chance to get the new pm's splitted from the old ones in beta 7
the 3 other mods work flawless after upgrade from beta 6 to 7

But the splitted pm's (old/new) where the coolest :/ hehehe
