Remove excess columns from Forum Links?

How does one remove the columns (Last Post, Threads, Posts etc) from the forum links? see the screenshot for example.

Let me offer a suggestion and please don't take this wrong. First backup those templates I stated that needed to be edited on vb.com and experiment with the changes you want...this will help you in the future to accomplish what you want. The reason I'm saying this is because this is very easy to do....

Come on, Dark, help the guy out.

This can be done very easily will a conditional in the template.
