One thing that "Why can't I download modifications? " thread forgot to mention

The license owner's email address in the vBulletin.com will NOT work. I have tried with 2 accounts and none of them works.
You have to use an additional email address besides the lincense owner's email address.

I use the email listed for my licensed on all my acounts on the vB sister sites and never had this problem
