Banner Problems... Stupid Image Read

Arg, ok... Image Ready did my banner to a set px width. But im tryin 2 get it to expand correctly, but its not really workin, its very choppy and groteque lol.

Heres what it looks like nonexpandible:

I've included a .txt with all the source in it

I only want 2 images to do the expanding really:

spacer-28.gif and plugsparkdesignscomplete_05.gif

I really can't get this, so all the help i can get would be appreciated
