I recently opened a new forum

Since I'm not a designer I can't create my own logos and styles. I found website http://vbulletinstyles.com but they sell skins that lots of people use.

Are there any other sites or recources or can you recommend me someone?

Buy a pre-made skin then edit it to your linking...

That still won't make it a custom style from many other sites that use the same skin. You use the same images etc., that's enough. =/

An example of your work would be wise so the person would know if they want you to do it or not. Style is a very important aspect, and I would not recomend anyone just paying someone blindly.
