vbulletin.nl won't let me view any portals. I really need to see the coding for a vB3 beta 7 portal!

I just need a few things and can't figure them out... if anyone can help me contact me through the info in my sig

You have to post 1-2 posts before you can download anything there I believe.

I mad about 5 posts, it won't let me download attachments or even view the index.php?p=#### page... and its blocked from my searches..
