vbskins.com going down hill?

well i ordered sum buttons a few days ago, and expected to recive them rather soon after payment, its been 4 days now, ive emailed them numerous times and created a help desk ticket :\

but ive recived no word apon when id be recivin my product or anything of the such

has anyone eles dealed with them recently?

well, theve been ok, and Xelation has always been a nice guy and ive liked his work, but i happeded to like a button set. and it matched my forums
and 5 bucks is ezier than making my own one, or hiring some one to make a totaly new set

Maybe the owners are just busy, and havn't been able to check up on your purchase? And the last I heard Xelation is no longer with vBskins, but I could be wrong.

Its been like this with them for quite a while now. They just stopped giving support..

well i know he isnt with them, but he used to be, and his name is on the site, 4 days is a long enuf period of time

im going off to contact the ppl at ravio, as there part of ravio

Last I read, Xelation was no longer with vBskins for the same reasons, cory was hard to get a hold of and Xelation had trouble getting paid.

I bought a button set in the middle of the night and had it in my members area immediately after paying. That was using my paypal account.

i used paypal as well, and im still waiting, i know they got their money i have the confimation in my inbox

im well aware that xelation isnt with vbskins anymore.

but, i still expect to get decent service from a website

I cannot confirm Xelation flat out dropped vBSkins, though I do know that he is starting his own website so it is very possibly that he no longer works or participates there.

I know there was a post at WebHostingTalk.com regarding cory and the post there got a repsonse regarding backwork for Ravio -- not saying posting there would help, but unless you have a better idea
