Thread listed by date posted in forum?

Hello, I have an image section on my forum where several members have requested that it be displayed by thread date instead of last post. I have seen this done at the WebhostingTalk forums in their Related Offers and Requests. However, I have had no luck thus far finding out how to do this task.
