Not a bad idea, but mailing 9,000+ members would be hard (seeing as I can only mail 10-20 at a time due to restrictions on the server).

Tony -- Java? Ewww... It took me 4 hours just to fine a Java VM for WinXP... Java is probably not an option to newbies with XP that don't know where to get a Virtual Machine. EDIT -- Hey look, the chatroom's empty.... |

There are some very good web-based java systems like ChatSpace, but cost moolah.
