How would i direct a forum of my choice , to a custom link . for example :

http://www.blah.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=2

and i want it as

http://www.blah.net/artists

in the edit forum page in the admin cp change the title textarea from:

blah

to:

</a><a href="http://blah.net/artists">blah</a>
