[release] Out-Linking Forum / Category

I know, it's unbearably simple, but I've seen millions of people posting simple things, and I figure if those can help, so can this.
I used it on my old forums, and will be using it on my new.

Mod Name: Out-Linking Forum / Category
By: ME
Description: Teaches you how to make your forum / category names link to other sites.

It's GREAT if your sponsoring someone/something. Really cool effect if you don't make any forums and just make the category link, giving it the name of the Place to link.
- Inside is also a way to link by using images (images must fit inside the category table size).

[edited] P.S, I did see somethign similar to this on VB.org I believe, but it required hacking.. I guess the only difference is that one dosn't create a forum/category (my method will create one no-one will ever see).

You cannot screenshot a link, it depends what you set.

In simpler terms, it's a forum link to something other then a forum.
